


Our Complaints Policy
In the event that you have a complaint about the product or service you receive from Pennysharesonline the City Equities Senior Compliance Officer is your primary contact. Should you have cause to complain about our product or services, please contact them and they will take all appropriate steps to resolve your complaint.
If we do not resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you will be able to refer the issue to The Financial Ombudsman Service. The Financial Ombudsman Service provides a free service to customers and can help resolve disputes between customers and financial companies. Naturally, we will make every effort to work with you to avoid having to resort to the Ombudsman.
